The house was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need and more to enjoy. The condominium is safe. Nice access to the beach and very attentive and helpful hosts.

The house is excellent, it needs some repairs, but nothing that gets in the way. For me, there is only one negative point: paying for energy consumption. In a hot place like the Northeast, you can't stay without air conditioning. I'd rather you charge the cost of energy in the reservation amount. It's weird to pay for it separately.

The stay was great. Luciana was attentive and served us very well! Just a tip for guests, bring repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes. Plus, the house is great.

Everything was extremely clean, including the bed and bath linens. The kitchen has all the utensils we need. Bruna was very kind and responsive. We intend to return.

Everything was excellent from the moment we booked, Pedro got in touch right away. Upon arrival, he was waiting for us with Giuliana. He explained how the house works. The place is very comfortable. There were 5 of us and it was what we needed: 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a very nice living room (we didn't use it). We had dinner at the table in the garden and had breakfast on the complex's deck overlooking the sea. The location is about 100 from the Camino de Moisés. We had a full moon, and we had the luxury of doing it in the lower area that is affected at night. Everything is very good for a very quiet stay. Thank you Pedro and Giuliana for everything.

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning. Anyway, thanks to Carlos and involved. it was PERFECT!!!

The stay was very good and the structure of the house made all the difference as we took rainy days and thanks to the structure of the house, the trip was very enjoyable. We had an issue with the water pump that was promptly resolved by Tati, quickly sending someone to solve. I will definitely return and will refer friends to Maragogi.

We were pleased to return for the 2nd time to the accommodation, always everything very clean and smelling good, we feel that the accommodation is always prepared with great care and affection, Lydia is a great host, when called she returns quickly and willing to help. I hope to return soon!!

The apartment is very good in a gated community. Everything in the apartment was new and worked well. For two days we had to work in the apartment and the Wi-Fi is good. It doesn't have that much speed, but it wasn't a problem for two people. There is also Wi-Fi in the restaurant just across the street if needed. The condominium is very good with a great pool, restaurant, 24-hour grocery store. The beach in front is good for swimming and the condominium has chairs and umbrellas there.

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The swimming pool, sauna and beach access are great. Ideal place to rest, since there is not much movement on the street and on the beach.

And the neighboring beach, which is Bitingui beach, is simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and heavenly place. Anderson was very kind before, during and after the reservation. The condominium is excellent, very well structured and the view from the common area, facing the sea, besides being beautiful, comprises the best stretch for bathing on the beach. The location is also a short walk from restaurants and a grocery store, or a few minutes' drive from downtown Tamandaré. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming! The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Ample and well equiped. As scores: the bed and bath linens could be better, providing more comfort. In any case, I highly recommend it and would stay again.

We loved the stay. Felipe was very calm and receptive, the place is very good and communication was super easy. Our only problem was the entrance to the resort, which, because it was the rainy season, we were faced several times with the possibility of the car getting stuck. We even saw guests with cars stuck in the mud.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Hostess) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children in addition to being right on the sand. It also offers chairs, a sunshade and a small table. Making everything more comfortable and pleasant. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. He left tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.

The place is very close to the beach and from what we notice the best location of the region. We are happy to have chosen this accommodation!!!
