It is surrounded by terraces, has 4 en-suites, spacious bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, a kitchen, pantry, service area and laundry room. Access to the beach is via a stone staircase. A great opportunity to enjoy the charms and tranquility of one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast of Alagoas.

Cozy flat with living room, bedroom, kitchen, terrace with hammock, bathroom and service area. It also has a smart TV, air conditioning, microwave, cook top, utensils, bed/bath linens and parking. Pets are welcome, but always let us know beforehand that they will be part of the stay. I am in the best neighborhood in the city, Carvão, right next to the Center, just a 6-minute walk to Maragogi beach.

We are on a very quiet stretch of beach, warm and transparent water, where most of the regulars are the people staying in the condominium. The house is beautiful, spacious and stylish. A haven for incredible days of rest with your family.
