With two balconies and a beautiful view :)) The apartment has 2 bedrooms with split air conditioning, one suite with a closet, living and dining room, social bathroom, full kitchen and service area. Wi-Fi available! 32" TV with streaming channels. The building has rotating parking. It is recommended that you go by car, as there is a steep climb to get to the building. There is no elevator

Cozy studio in the heart of Maragogi

Studio in the best location of Maragogi! A 1-minute walk to the beach! And there are several shops and services nearby, such as bars, a snack bar, restaurants, banks, a market, a pharmacy… It has a bedroom with split air conditioning, a compact kitchen ideal for small meals, and a compact bathroom with a hot shower. All the decoration, utensils and lighting were designed to make the atmosphere cozy, ideal for a rest after a day at the beach. We don't have a TV, but we do have a mini projector.
