Splendida villetta a solo 20 metri dal mare, gli spazi sono stati arredati con gusto e ogni angolo pensato per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile. Beautiful apartment recently built (July 2018) with elevator, garage parking (for small cars), air conditioning, WIFI and a large terrace facing south. It is located in Via Ungheria, a short walk from the sea, in a new neighborhood surrounded by greenery. You can reach the beautiful beach of Poetto in 20 minutes on foot along a path that runs along the natural park of Molentargius. The neighborhood offers all the necessary amenities for your stay.

With the sea 800 meters away, independent studio attic for 2 people (+ any 2 in double sofa bed). Stunning, spacious terrace equipped for lunch (to be shared with the apartment in front). Seasonal pool, shared with the other apartments in the large house on the hill, open from early May to October and in any case not usable in case of bad weather. From June 2025, municipal tourist tax of €1 per day per person.

Our family (4 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous villa and we could not have been happier with our choice! First of all, Tatiana was an incredible host who provided lots of helpful information ahead of our stay, flexible check in/check out and responsive, proactive support throughout our stay. Her warm and personal welcome included a generous and thoughtful selection of Sardinian cookies, wine, fruits and various food items. We were truly touched by her kindness! The many terraces, incredible views and comfortable spaces were all highlights for us and enabled us to have quality time together while also allowing room for everyone to do their own thing. The location was perfect for us - peaceful, beautiful and close enough to shops, restaurants etc. as needed. We had 2 cars and although we did venture out on a few days (Cagliari, supermarkets, local beaches) it was hard to leave such a great place so we really made the most of our time at the villa.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

Claudia is an exceptional host, she welcomes you with great cordiality, putting you at ease from the beginning and looking for a solution to your every need. We greatly appreciated his gifts of local flavors for us adults and a special thought for our girls. The house is exceptional, surrounded by nature, cared for to the smallest detail and equipped with every comfort. Everything is brand new and of excellent quality. The outdoor space is fantastic with a view of the local hills. A space of total silence and privacy less than half an hour from the main beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei. We'd love to come back! Highly recommended

The place looks better then in photos. Super clean and very welcoming house. Private and very well equipped with things that you need on a vacation. Angelo was very responsive and helpful. The location is good to explore the south of the island. Totally recommend Angelo’s place.

House with enchanting sea view

We had a very nice relaxing vacation at this property and enjoyed having this great ocean view every day. However, I would strongly recommend renting a car, because otherwise it is difficult to get around in the area. And you should be aware that there are not so many restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us very much. A plus would be if the accommodation had Wi-Fi, but otherwise it has good amenities.
