House with private garden: large living room, kitchen with all amenities, two bedrooms (one double and one single), large bathroom with shower. Ideal for three people who love animals (a shepherd and two cats live in the garden). Not suitable for children from 2 to 10 years old due to small ponds on the property. A beautiful seaside location just 5 minutes from home. A car is recommended to get to Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The owner lives in the other wing, so there is total privacy.
