We rent to families, couples and adults +24. Comfortable, excellent condition, with spacious L-shaped terrace. Very good location, close to the beach and Güemes. With a double bed and a double sofa bed that can be assembled. You have to bring towels and sheets. A one-time cleaning fee of $40,000 (pesos) is charged upon check-in. The apartment is on a high floor and has a large terrace so it is not suitable for small children or animals. We rent to families, couples and adults.
