Vacation rentals with beach access in Mar del Plata

Everything was great, Daniela always communicated quickly and gave all the necessary details to check in/out quickly, she was attentive to my messages, and she arranged a garage inside the accommodation. As for the apartment itself, it is very nice, you can tell that it is a new apartment, it is very good from every point of view, decoration, cleanliness, comfort, appliances, and even the aroma in it that always smelled good when you arrived. And the area is also in a very accessible location to everything. In short, a great place to enjoy Mardel!

We spent great days in Patricias flat, the place has an unic sea view, the sea almost feel inches to oneself, the building is also outstanding and for those like me who appreciate historic places this is an outstanding chance to know how does it feel to live in an old but magical finest place (the bulding is historical heritage of Mar del Plata). Patricia and the concierge who works in the building are great and warm persons: Thank you !!

The stay was excellent! The house is beautiful, spacious and modernly equipped. The location is ideal to be close to the best beaches and you get easy transfer to the center. There is a lot of business nearby for the everyday or going out to eat even. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The service was excellent, always with a quick and friendly response. I recommend it and I would definitely come back!

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

I thought Casa Valencia was a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the amenities for a very good stay. It was impeccable and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful house! Very Marplatense style. The perfect location, 4 blocks from Guemes Street, 1 from Av Colon and 1 from the sea. The linens and towels had a delicious aroma, even the winter blankets that usually smell old/stored, here they were delicious. I recommend and will be back!

The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.

We really loved it. The apartment is impeccable, super clean with a very nice smell. Everything was clean and new. Mr. José was very attentive. The apartment is in front of the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. The truth is that I was delighted and already looking forward to returning. He also accepted our pet and had a garage. Very safe place, we loved it. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's in my preferences.
