Vacation rentals with a patio in Mar del Plata

My two weeks at Fabian's place were excellent. The place has everything you need, it has a balcony and a beautiful view. The minor difficulties that arose were resolved with Fabián without any problems. The Primera Junta Junta neighborhood where it is located is very quiet and is close to supermarkets, wineries and more. I highly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Excellent apartment one block from Alem! Super safe because there are restaurants on that block and also very quiet at night. The owners were super accessible, everything was spotless. i would pick it again!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is a very quiet neighborhood that has a hara when we went there was a horseback riding event that we could enjoy. The country area has a coto 5 minutes away with everything you need. Wifi is 10 points. Communication was always smooth and friendly, we will be back

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with everything you need and are in good condition. A well-maintained courtyard. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The hostess was helpful and friendly. Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, on the avenue there are businesses of all kinds. I'm a genius, very kind, very good communication and very comfortable check-in and checkout. The accommodation is in line with the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be is the town style that uses locks, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity, you practically don't rub anything. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. You can hear the frogs at night. You sleep really well. Juan is very understanding, he gives you tips on beaches, places to eat, etc. Check-in is very easy too. You do everything yourself. Back

Everything is perfect, except that there are neighbors who with intolerance to guests and report to the administration , in my case there were supposed annoying noises that came from my apartment, while in my apartment I slept, the only negative, very negative that overshadows everything good offered by the host and the place

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
