Guests MUST call me for anything they might need, we will be happy to respond to any request. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to the center and the most beautiful beaches in the world. The apartment is on a closed street in a young and dynamic neighborhood. The area offers unique spaces for relaxing walks.

Giancarlo and Emilio succeed in their ambition to make you feel welcome and part of the family in their bed and breakfast! The house is designed with a lot of eye for detail. Everywhere you look there’s something new to discover. The apartment is private located in a beautiful garden full of flowers and with a fantastic view. Giancarlo is also a fantastic cook. The breakfast was different every morning and we were eager to wake up to see his presentation. We also had dinner and it was a true culinary experience. Our two dogs were also very welcome! We missed them and their dreamhouse from the moment we left. One of our best Air bnb experiences!

Check-in was smooth – Riccardo, the co-host, welcomed us warmly and was very kind throughout our stay. The location is great: just 3 minutes’ walk from the quiet and lovely Spiaggia delle Saline, where we enjoyed a picnic and stayed until sunset. Cala dei Ginepri is about 15 minutes away on foot or a quick drive – also stunning and peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, full of character and charm, with unique details like carefully chosen vases and beach towels. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with an induction cooktop. My partner had to work and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. We also appreciated having a washing machine – small but useful for light laundry. Overall, a calm and comfortable place to relax. We felt at home right away!

Catia’s is one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Beautiful inside and out, the pictures here don’t do it justice. The surrounding area is peaceful and very green, the views breathtaking. Even though there are plenty of great beaches in the area, we spent so much time at the house and pool. It is quite isolated and a little far from the main road, but we didn’t mind this as the house is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying here when in Sardegna.

We had a great weekend at Manon's place. The cabin is beautiful and the surroundings are gorgeous. Felt very peaceful. The local wine Manon offered to leave in the cabin ready for us was super, so I'd recommend buying that if offered! The check-in process was easy and check-out also flexible, as we had to leave earlier than planned. A lovely stay overall and a very responsive host. I would recommend this place.

We had a fantastic experience renting this apartment in Olbia! Our host was incredibly kind and helpful from beginning to end. We had a late flight, and even though that could have made things a bit complicated, he went out of his way to help us – including finding a place where we could store our luggage before leaving. He was excellent at communicating and always responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. It meant a lot to us that he was so welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We felt truly safe and well taken care of. The apartment fully lived up to our expectations – and more! It was clean, tidy, and in a great location. I can warmly recommend this apartment – and especially the host – to others. He is clearly someone who genuinely wants the best for his guests, and it really shows. Thank you for a wonderful experience – it made our trip even better! 😊
