Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake

We chose Anthony's home for location (convenient to all band members), affordability, and space. We needed a quiet getaway for our band retreat to get ready for the St. Patricks season (we are an Irish band- Black Murray- look us up!) to tune up our material and develop new music. The four of us were well accommodated and all of us wish to return for future retreats. Tecumseh's local brewery was also wonderful. Highly recommended!

This Airbnb was wonderful. Had cool breezes, which made for great sleep. Basement with washer and dryer, towels, coffee maker, TV with 4 channels, wonderful front porch and rear area with lights and lounge chairs. very peaceful, but there was only one thing that needs to be checked out, which was lots of flies in kitchen. I think coming from drain. Not a big deal, just a small nuisance. I would and probably in future rent house again.

Megan and Rob have a wonderful area and are beyond accommodating. They were proactive with reaching out just to check in and ensure that all was well, and see if we needed anything. The home is so amazingly well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. I’ve not once stayed at another place that provided so much for you. And another thing, the artwork is absolutely beautiful. 😊 If we need a place when we come back to visit family, this will be the hosts we book with.

3rd stay at this location. Family lives nearby, and it makes it very convenient to all have dinner, or play family games. The location is very accommodating for the wife and I to be close to our kids, grandkids, and a few great grands. The location also provides a ringside seat to some awesome sunsets, out the west facing windows. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy staying at this location, and absolutely will do so again. Highly recommend if you need a place for a family to stay, or gather.

My wife and I along with my brother’s small family came to stay for a few days for the NASCAR Michigan weekend. We loved the entire time we were there. The place perfect distance to and from the track. The amenities were really great. The space was comfy and warm. We would most definitely like to stay here again next time we come back.

Great place! We desperately needed a fantastic fenced in yard after a very long roadtrip and this place had just what we needed! The yard is huge! There is a super friendly neighbor dog so just a heads up to any other dog owners but dog was so sweet and neighbors were also lovely. We will definitely be staying here for future road trips!

Sally’s place was the perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Ann Arbor. Great location and value! Sally was very responsive and helpful. The space is cozy and inviting. Very well-appointed. I especially enjoyed the abundance of light sources. I look forward to staying with Sally again. Highly recommended!

A completely private space with plenty of room, very comfortable and wonderful 'extra' touches (like some beverages in the fridge and homemade cookies upon check-in :-) They done a great job with the space and it's a lovely residential community very near/a short drive from anything you could want in Ann Arbor. Exactly as advertised - book with confidence!

The unit was clean, great location and beautiful surroundings. Close to central Ann Arbor and quiet neighborhood. The unit had everything we needed. The hosts gave us Ann Arbor shirts and wine (wonderful touch). Thank you for hosting us.

I've stayed in dozens of Airbnbs over the years. This is one of the easiest ones to instantly rate all 5s. If you like places that are stocked -- book now. So many towels. So many snacks. And so many electrical outlets! It's super clean, quiet and comfortable. The back porch is relaxing. Whether it's birds, windchimes or the chickens next door, just sit back and unwind. I normally stay in Tecumseh once a year, but decided to stay a little further out this time. Super glad I did. It's close enough to drive in and spend an afternoon in Tecumseh (check out Rosie's, which just opened during my stay and was really good.) Also close enough to drive to Adrian and spend an afternoon, which I did for the first time during my stay. (Musgrove+Company is a great coffee shop with locations in both cities.) Back to the Airbnb itself, though. You won't regret staying here. It's clear the host is a real estate agent by the way the place is perfectly staged for an enjoyable stay. I'll be back.

Absolutely amazing location for what I needed and the place was super clean and excatly what was listed. However, the rental above had some extremely loud kids and a crying toddler. I didn't say anything to Sierra though because we were already packing up and getting ready to leave but I could see how this could be very annoying to someone who is there long term especially since this was from 7am-10am. I also found that there was no full length mirror but its definitely not needed unless you're looking for improvements :) overall, this was a good stay, very clean, easy to find and check in. Would stay again if I ever needed to. Thanks !

We had a great stay at Annie's. She was a very kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay there again. If you are a U of M fan, you couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the Big House, yet on a quiet street, out of the way. Close to many activities and restaurants. Comfortable beds! (Which made a huge difference after many travel delays.)

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay as I took a tumble at the event we went to but Sonny’s Airbnb was very clean and well put together at time of check in.

I loved being able to hang out with friends that live in the area. We really had lots of fun while I was there. I really appreciate the hosts for offering a spot like they did!

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.

It’s in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. Everything is spacious, elevated, and beautifully constructed. Lots of natural light! And private. The kitchen is minimal with no sink, but is well supplied. Loved staying there!

I love this place in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect for 1 person or a couple - love the private rooftop deck. The only disappointment I had was the TV situation. I go to visit my son's family so I am gone from the Airbnb from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. When I get back at 9PM, I'd like to watch an hour of TV. All this condo has is Tivo which has a ton of commercials and only old syndicated shows as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something but that is how it seemed to me.

My employees were staying for over a month and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Very responsive hosts with a very clean space. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's place. The house is in an excellent location, just a block away from a nice park and playground. Everything in the house was exactly as described, the kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were very clear, Peter was responsive with any questions we had, and he made a high chair available for our son. Overall, it is probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
