Walk to the par 3 golf course or take a short drive to the local winery, Cherry Creek Cellars. Enjoy kayaking & fishing right from our beach and dock. We love it here—and we think you will too.

Queen Victorian Home, Walking distance to downtown

Built in 1896, and utilized by the Presbyterian Church until 1950. This house has a lot of history with space for all your needs. Whether you are a large family, hosting a get together for the weekend, or here on business this house has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown provides easy access to exciting bars and restaurants, the Croswell Opera House, Chaloners, local farmers market, and shops. House is centrally located to many lakes in the area and 45 min. drive to Ann Arbor.

Lake Social-2 bedroom Lower Unit

Value based cottage sits just feet from “all sports” 550 acre Round Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee next to the lake on your covered patio. This cottage is the lower half of a 2 story duplex. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

Just a few short blocks from downtown Tecumseh, you can walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, and more! Centrally located to several area hot spots such as Hidden Lake Gardens, Adrian College, and lakes for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Short drive north to Ann Arbor, south to Toledo and anywhere in between!

Cozy Carriage House At the Lake

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Devils Lake Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Our Italian apartment boasts a lovely view of downtown Tecumseh! Charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, full kitchen with basic cooking/eating necessities. Guest controls heat/air. This space functions as an "Inn", so there will be no personal items on the premises and it is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Historic Firehouse turned Modern Home in Riga, MI

This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!
