Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically surrounded by greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Casa Mosè

Casa Mosè is a detached house with a garden, equipped with every comfort, just a few kilometers from Belluno. On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with dining table and two armchairs, a half bathroom and a single bedroom. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom, a single room and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs and floors on the second floor are made of wood as well as the furniture. The house is located in a village with other houses, is surrounded by a private garden, and has a covered area where you can eat.

The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.
