Borgo Stramare between Valdobbiadene and Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically surrounded by greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Casa Mosè

Casa Mosè is a detached house with a garden, equipped with every comfort, just a few kilometers from Belluno. On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with dining table and two armchairs, a half bathroom and a single bedroom. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom, a single room and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs and floors on the second floor are made of wood as well as the furniture. The house is located in a village with other houses, is surrounded by a private garden, and has a covered area where you can eat.

Relax with the whole family at this spacious place to stay. Close to the town centre and surrounded by mountains, it is the perfect base for nature and sport lovers. The house is within a quiet internal courtyard, with private parking (front patio). It offers a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a cosy living room with sofa bed. The bathroom has a newly fitted washer-dryer. To note, the heating system is a pellet (wood) burner only, and so rentals are in spring, summer or early autumn.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

If you are traveling by bike, you will find us 100 meters from the Alpe Adria Cycle Route with the possibility of an internal garage for bikes.

The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa dei Moch (the adjacent red house), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared amenities with guests of Casa dei Moch.
