Vacation rentals with a home theater in Manhattan

Very nice cozy place, nice neighborhood near branch brook park (the one with all the cherry blossoms in April). Inside of home is very nice and clean. Bathroom was great and tv in room was appreciated. Thanks!

My family and I ....which included 2 toddlers (4&5) stayed here for a few days around the Easter holiday for a mini staycation. We had a phenomenal time. The Frozen themed room....well my girls wanted to pack it up and take it with them. Miss Margaret was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the list of amenities and if you needed something Margaret was on top of it she is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will surely be back if she'll have us 🙂

Brynda was and her home was beyond wonderful! If you are open to it, she really makes you feel like an acquaintance immediately which made the stay way more comfortable. Everything is tidy and clean, and she has plenty of accommodations like a space in the fridge, a space for your bag, and toiletries if needed. We had an outstanding stay at Luca’s Airbnb in Jersey City! From the moment we booked, Luca was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made everything seamless—from check-in to check-out—and was always quick to answer questions or offer assistance. The apartment itself was beautiful—immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout that made a big difference during our stay. One of the best parts of our experience was Luca’s fantastic local insight. He gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations right in Jersey City—some real gems we might not have found on our own. The food scene here is surprisingly vibrant, and thanks to Luca, we really got to enjoy it. The location was absolutely perfect. Just a stone’s throw away from Manhattan.

I stayed at Veronica’s little sanctuary in NYC for 2 days and had an amazing time there. I was comfortable and very happy with what I paid for my 2 days stay (plus tax) because for the amount of amenities and location, it’s a perfect 5/5 star deal!!! I felt right at home and Veronica was extremely friendly and caring and she went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. She would offer me snacks in the breakfast and when I came back at night everyday just how my mom used to do. Her place was also super clean and super easy to get into. The subway station is like 8mins walk away that will connect you with any part of NYC. I am very picky about bad bathrooms but her bathroom was extremely clean and smelled amazing and I liked taking warm showers after a busy day at NYC. She has so many amenities too for guests. Her home was cool and cozy and very cute. I wish I could stayed there for a bit longer and I would definitely stay here again if I visit NYC again.

The host was wonderful to talk to and was very quick to respond. The actual room and house was a great spot to stay at for a visit to New York for a decent value. The bed and environment was pretty clean and the TV and mini fridge was a very nice addition to the room. The bathroom was very clean and the sharing aspect of it all was not bad.

We had a great stay at Mario’s place! He was a very kind and attentive host—always available if we had any questions or needed help. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is a perfect space for two people and more, and felt like a home away from home. The space was as described, Agathe was very communicative and proactive with sharing the necessary information/instruction on check in and out. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, ample parking!

We liked staying there whenever we needed something, the person in charge was always on the lookout, I highly recommend them when they go to stay in that place. The cleanliness, courtesy, the space inside the house is super spacious. I really loved the house a lot, the bedrooms are very large, a nice kitchen and a huge yard for any event we have when we are staying in those places. I highly recommend

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

I was in town to visit a friend in Flatbush and mostly just needed a place to crash. I didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out in Tako’s place, but it was charming and quiet and conveniently located for me. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated having my own bathroom, plus her cats are beautiful. I would stay here again for sure.

Tako’s NYC apartment is a comfortable and beautiful space. The room had plenty of daylight and fresh air. The common areas are cozy with some nice furniture, and are touched with Tako’s hobbies like music and arts. It’s filled with skylights in the day, and mood lighting at night. I felt comfortable and welcomed, like staying with an old friend from college. Tako is also a very accommodating host, and will answer any questions and requests, and will also offer a cup of coffee or tea! The bed-stuy neighborhood in Brooklyn is charming and homey. It’s a working-class neighborhood, so it’s nice if you want to be less touristy or want a more “authentic New Yorker” experience. The subways are about a 15 minute walk in either direction: G to the west, and M J Z to the east. Citibike is on the nearest corner.

The accommodation is really convenient for visiting New York and only a 6-7 minute walk to the PATH lines that go to Manhattan. Hoboken is also a beautiful city to visit with everything nearby. Pranay and Urja hosted us really well and gave us a lot of advice for our visits. They're great hosts. 😉 Thank you!
