Vacation rentals with beach access in Manhattan

The place was clean and a good location with walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach property. The second-floor apartment was bright, airy, and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the standout features was the private parking, which gave us peace of mind and added convenience, especially being so close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Rafael’s place a great place to come back to after active days! Very clean and modest. The open concept kitchen/living room was very spacious (the couch and bed are very comfy)! And the semi private terrace was a nice spot to spend late night/ early mornings! As host he was very responsive and proactive! He allowed us to check in early and check out late without any hassle, very appreciative! I’d highly recommend this place to friends and family, top notch service!

Communication was the key. They responded right away to any question I had. Check in was excellent.

Danny’s place was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect—right on the beach with plenty to do nearby. Just a heads-up: it gets a bit chilly at night, so bring a sweater. Overall, it was a great stay, and I can’t wait to book again!

The place was accurate and as described. Very cozy and clean and spotless, plenty of candy and snacks were left for us which I found very sweet. Latanya was also very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Latanya as a host and the place if you ever need a place around the city for a stay!!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

We loved our stay at Anthony's place in Long Beach. The house had everything we needed: comfy bed, clean sheets, smart tvs, wifi, stocked kitchen, plus a really cool vibe. It's so close to restaurants and the boardwalk, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Anthony was also very friendly, provided plenty of recommendations for things to do nearby, and communication with him was easy overall. We wish we could've stayed longer, and highly recommend Anthony's place.

This was my first Airbnb experience and I’m so happy it was here. From the moment you walk in you are blown away by the decor, the views, the amount of light, how well appointed everything is, I could go on and on. But what stood out more than anything else is the thoughtfulness. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us. This place goes above and beyond. Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Staying at Bruce's was very cozy. we had all that we needed for the 1.5 nights we were there. Bruce was very responsive and helpful to all of our requests and needs. would love to come back sometime.

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

We had a wonderful stay! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Sherri was super accommodating of our family and very responsive.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.
