Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mandre

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

It was such a lovely area and it felt right at home. We checked in earlier and there was fresh fruit, snacks for my son, easter eggs for both my children and a lovely local red wine that was so smooth. They gave us tips on where to go and what to try in the area and what to eat. They even gave us some fresh eggs. It was a great stay. So responsive and absolutely amazing house to stay in. We had a ball!!!! Great playing area for the kids, as well as some games in the house. This was a great stay.

One of the best place we have ever stayed

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

We had a really great stay and the house was perfect for a bigger group and exactly how it was described

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Beautiful, very private vacation home in the countryside. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. The small village of Novigrad is within walking distance and there are a few restaurants overlooking the sea.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is better than shown in the pictures. The accommodation is decorated in style. The kitchen,bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable. I will definitely rent from Ms.Dragice again. The check-in was very easy,communication with the host also. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we felt at home. I highly recommend this place !

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

My family of seven stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is lovely, very well-maintained, and just as described. It is not really walking distance to the old city, but there is a nice private parking space and the drive to town is short and parking near the town is affordable. Communication from the owner was proactive and instructions were clear. Our stay here was great, thank you!

We spent a week with our circle of friends, consisting of 10 people, in the Villa Amfora. The place is even nicer than in the photos. We had good kitchen amenities. Even in bad weather, we were never bored, thanks to the sauna and whirlpool. Everything was very nicely decorated, extremely clean and very well equipped. Even a jukebox with karaoke microphone was available, and provided for fun evenings. The outdoor area is especially beautiful in the evening with the lighting. The communication with the landlady was flawless. If we could, we'd ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ give more than 5 stars.

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!

The house is an incredibly beautifully renovated sandstone home with lots of loving dates, super pool and hot tub. But it also has a few things to know and like. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are basically one open space. So you can't be undisturbed with 2 couples or go to the toilet without the rest listening. This wasn't an issue for us (2P), but you should know that. The second is the separation of the upper and the basement by an external staircase. So you're busy a lot with ups and downs:-) But that was it. Amenities and looks are 6 stars. I would book it again. Nin's old town is very beautiful, otherwise the area is very touristy and we don't like it as much as Krka. So great for bathing holidays, the area is not optimal for hiking holidays. But all in all, the apartment definitely deserved 6 stars for a 2 person vacation! Oh yes... For dogs, the garden is also optimal!!!
