This place is like an oasis of peace and tranquility amongst the city of Antibes. Though located just a short distance from the beach, old town, and other sites, the property makes you feel like you're out in the countryside and is located on a large lot. Great for families!

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We booked very last minute and Nathalie responded super fast and was super friendly and uncomplicated. We thought the garden was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

Maison au calme avec une vue magnifique. Bien équipée nous avons été ravi de passer la semaine ici. L’emplacement permet de rejoindre rapidement toutes les commodités.

Catherine’s place is great - very quiet, beautiful surroundings, sunny side, very conveniently located to explore the coast. The house is well proportioned, smartly designed with large living room, open kitchen, access to pool throughout and nice rooms. It is also very easy to park. Catherine is very kind, responsive and helpful, a great host. Would love to return again! 🙏

The house was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Garden and pool were gorgeous and everything inside the house was well thought out and had everything we needed for our whole stay. The walk into Antibes is 30 mins but there is a little bus and uber is easily available. Lots of little welcome goodies which was so kind and thoughtful.

This home was perfect for our family of 4. It was better than we had imagined and gave us a place to spread out and relax. The location is very private, but only a 20 minute drive to almost all the major parts of Cannes and Antibes. The very adequate air conditioning and pool gave us relief from the hot summer and the kitchen allowed us to cook any kind of food we managed to find from the local markets. Lastly Benoit was a fantastic host, always available and genuinely interested in our experience.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem super Blick über Nizza! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen, vor allem die separate Küche im Garten ist klasse. Würden definitiv nochmal hin gehen!

Natalia welcomed us personally to her great, clean and very stylish Villa. Very helpful was the handmade recommendation Book with various restaurants, boulangeries and must sees in the area. Natalia always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! She even brought us breakfast as the fridge had some technical issue! I could not imagine a more helpful and friendly host! I can recommend Natalia’s place if you are looking for a quiet place which is close to great locations. All in all: perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house, the garden, the location - everything was perfect for us. We wanted the relaxation and serenity and this villa matched that perfectly. Everything is so beautifully set up and the house and interior has great character. We loved to be able to play with kids in the garden which is very spacious and gave everyone great family moments. The location was great to take day trips to amazing cities. But our favorite is Valbonne village and it is something else - only few minutes walking distance and you are in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When you are there walking these narrow streets, you just want to stay there forever. Wished we could have stayed longer but it gave us great memories, and we are very likely to be back. Das Haus war einfach traumhaft – authentisch, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz einer komplett verregneten Woche und teils sehr stürmischen Winden haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die reibungslose Abwicklung und die freundliche, jederzeit hilfsbereite Kommunikation waren ein großes Plus. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die lokalen Tipps von Virginie – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grimaud wirklich bereichert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit! Mirjam und Marko

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Tommy and Milena were the most perfect hosts. Really friendly, helpful and responsive. We didn't have a car and they were kind enough to bring us water bottles and even offered to go get us any groceries we needed. Their home is on the same land but absolutely no issue as your area is still very private and access to the private pool and loungers is completely yours. A beautiful home that is a perfect base for relaxing and also to then go explore the southern coast. Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Monaco all very easy to get to. Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.
