Family-friendly vacation rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

We stayed with Domi for almost a week during our trip to the Côte d'Azur and would have liked to have stayed longer. The small vacation home is perfectly located to walk to the village, the harbor and the two city beaches. Other beaches are within 10-15 minutes by car. The outdoor kitchen and pool are a dream. We stayed outside almost all the time and always felt comfortable. Although you live at home with Domi, her husband and her dog, there is plenty of privacy. The hosts are also very warm and helpful. Overall, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Absolutely recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

Phil and Emmanuelle were great hosts. When we arrived, they offered to drive us into Vence to show us around which was super helpful. We shared a drink with Phil as well as he told us about the area and gave amazing local recommendations. The property is very peaceful; a short 30ish minute walk to Vence, or to St. Paul de vence in either direction. We loved our stay. Recommended

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

We had a great time at this place! The setting is simply beautiful, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The jacuzzi is a real plus, and perfectly maintained. Breakfasts on the terrace in the sun are very pleasant, a real joy to start the day. And what a pleasure to have been able to observe the horses right next to the rental, it adds even more charm to the place. A soothing and exotic experience. I would highly recommend it!

Nice accommodation in a great location with a nice terrace overlooking the sea. It is on the 6th floor, so the street noises are not heard much. The train passes just behind, but it doesn't bother you. The beaches in front of the house were not yet equipped, but in the house we found an umbrella and mats that were useful to us. Comfortable bed, sofa bed too, maybe more than the bed. Although it is small, there is enough space.

The location is great! Very easy to walk around Cannes and very close to all the beach clubs. The apartment itself is on a main street with many restaurants nearby but it was never too noisy. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed having access to laundry. Would stay again.

WOW. Charming, inspiring, peaceful, and AMAZING!!! I could have lived there forever. Everything about this place was perfect! Having the window open to listen and watch the birds play and people enjoy the fountain during the day and then the peace that sets over the place at night sets you up for the most amazing sleep! There is air conditioning if needed and everything you need for the most comfortable and charming stay! Walking distance to everything you need and more and THE VIEWS around every beautiful corner!!! We ate wonderful food and had the best time!! What we enjoyed most was chatting with the hosts and shopping in their gallery and shop right there! Don’t hesitate to stay here - I know we will return!!!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

We had a very special short break at Zillah’s place. Valbonne is quintessential French: packed with independent boutique shops and restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating. Despite being an obvious tourist destination, it felt pleasantly ‘local’ as well. Our neighbours were very friendly and it was lovely to see the children playing in the street while parents and grandparents sat and chatted. The house itself has a small footprint but plenty of space over three floors. The main bedroom is particularly handsome, although the second bedroom has no windows, which would not suit everyone. The top-floor bedroom is open to the spiral staircase so privacy is a bit limited, but not a problem if you know all your fellow guests well! 😁 The roof terrace was a treat and a perfect spot for crémant and crevettes at the end of the day! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

We had a truly lovely week staying at Patricia’s apartment and are very grateful for her warm hospitality. The apartment is on the lower ground floor of a beautiful, grand French house in a peaceful residential area. It’s rare to find such a charming place where you have private use of both a garden and a swimming pool! Travelling with our 14-month-old on one of our first trips as a family, we found the layout ideal and outside area is very private. The swimming pool was a real highlight—always the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip throughout the day. We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It's perfectly situated: within easy reach of Cannes, yet just a short walk from the heart of Le Cannet, a lovely village with a calm, laid-back atmosphere.

This place is absolute paradise. From swimming in the pool to enjoying the garden room and chatting to the most lovely hosts. I did now want to leave. I had the most relaxing and lovely time. Thanks you so much .

We had a great time with the family in Jean-Louis' apartment in a secure residence, and very quiet, with a private parking space. We were hosted very well by Fabrice and Isabelle, Jean-Louis's neighbors; communication with Jean-Louis was very pleasant. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, very well equipped; there is even reading, leaflets and tourist maps... Everything is done to make you feel at home. The terrace is very spacious; the views of the sea and pool are superb. The place is very well located in the Napoule district: sea and beach very close, pedestrian streets with restaurants, a pretty train station on the theme of Jules Verne, the Château de la Napoule, the coastal path... This location is a starting point for visits: Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, etc. The train station just next door is very convenient, and we used this service to go to Cannes and Nice in particular.

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

We booked very last minute and Nathalie responded super fast and was super friendly and uncomplicated. We thought the garden was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is in its own very secure and peaceful grounds, located far enough from the nearby main road and railway line that their presence isn’t that noticeable from the apartment balcony. The view of the sea from the front balcony is stunning and the same can be said for the rear view that looks out over the beautiful tree covered hillside and the sound of different bird life is always present both front and back. The open plan layout of the main living room and kitchen area, plus access to the very large front balcony area is very effective and practical. I have to say you really need a car though as the apartment location is not within practical walking distance to a bakery or restaurants. With a car both are easily accessible locally with ample parking along the waterfront of Golfe Juan for the plethora of restaurants. An ideal location for a very peaceful but practical holiday.
