Located in a luxury residence with large swimming pool, 15 minutes walk from the first beach and close to the Esterel massif, your holiday will be punctuated by the motto "Mandelieu Sport by Nature". The studio accommodates 2/3 people and has an aesthetic layout, functional (equipped kitchen, washing machine) and modern (WiFi). In the evening, relax in one of the restaurants at the Port de la Napoule or walk along the banks of the Siagne River. Sea, Esterel and its hiking or mountain biking and golf within walking distance.

Situé à 200m en passant sous un tunnel piéton vous accédez aux plages et restaurants, climatisation réversible, cuisine équipée, vitro céramique, frigo américain , lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, douche à l'italienne, wc séparé. Fibre A 500m du village avec restaurants, commerces, médecins, PMU. Proche de la gare et des transports en commun. Départ chemin de randonnée et VTT à proximité.

Mandelieu close to the beaches

Very comfortable studio, close to all amenities, a few minutes' walk from the beaches, supermarket, pharmacy and dry cleaning on site. Nearby public transport with free shuttle to the most beautiful beaches. You will appreciate the cocooning side of this apartment, refurbished, air-conditioned, furnished and equipped with quality products. Two swimming pools are available from June to September, one of which is more than 20 meters long. A free parking space is available.
