What a beautiful home! It was immaculate and well set out. The jack and Jill bathroom was excellent as we had our toddler with us so it gave us fast and easy access to him in the night. The beds were very comfy. We would love to stay here again!

This place worked out great for us , nice and quiet in a great location . A big thanks to the Bruce,s for thinking of us on our daughters graduation as they had a bottle of bubbly waiting in the fridge.

Great place to stay very accessible for the walking and riding around the lakefront. Also walkable to the shops.

Second time staying there. A great over nighter. A warm welcome by hosts Fee and Gra and their dog Piper. Make you feel right at home. Relaxed in the spa after walking our dog to the beach behind the house, then nice quiet evening indoors. Love coming to this place. Easy to maintain and you have own place and space. Thanks so much for hosting my son and two of the students he coaches. He said the place was fantastic, well beyond what he was expecting. He felt very comfortable there. We had a fabulous few days at this charming cottage, the hosts were amazing and so helpful and amenable. We took our horses with us so had a paddock for them which was superb to have them close by. The outlook from the cottage was beautiful, it was the perfect getaway and we will definitely be back.

Great space and sunny location. Modern, clean and warm, with beautiful outdoor space for our toddler to explore. Beds extremely comfy with luxury feel bedding (even took note of the pillows so I could buy some). Playground around the corner and walking distance to Taupo. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

What a stunning Airbnb! We could have sat on the sofa and stared out of the huge floor to ceiling windows overlooking Lake Taupō all day, and the real open log fire (very generously loads of firewood provided) made evenings extra cosy. It was super clean and tidy, has all the amenities you’d need, and was walkable to a few nice cafés/restaurants and less than a 10 min drive into Taupō itself which is a fantastic town. The outdoor bath is such an incredible treat! The night skies you get are absolutely beautiful, like nothing we’ve ever seen, and sitting in the outdoor tub stargazing was a highlight. Heads up - both beds (we tried both after not being super comfy the first night) are extremely firm which was the only slight down side to our stay but that’s very much preference and many may prefer that.

Hi Belinda and Andy We had an amazing stay! The ambiance of the place was perfect – calm, cozy, and beautifully arranged. Everything was so well-kept and thoughtfully set up. The view was absolutely stunning and made the experience even more special. We all had a great time and truly enjoyed every moment. The welcome card from you was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch – it really made us feel warmly welcomed, and we were so happy to see it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Wow.! This is such a great place. Stunning views, immaculate presentation with everything thought of for guests including bread, cereals, jams, wine & chocolates. The house was warm and inviting and I could look at the view all day (the price you pay for the stairs).

Great place and hosts, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Deb's place. It is well equipped with everything you need including an extensive bookshelf and board games. There's lots of space, plus a balcony with an amazing view and a deck and garden out the back. We highly recommend this listing and would stay there again.
