Ashley’s place was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed from linens to sunscreen. The home was spotless and Ashley was very attentive during our stay. Me and my family would definitely visit again!!

The check in is simple and check out procedure is so easy (take out trash and start dish washer).

Staying at this property was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions promptly. We had a wonderful time as a family. There is plenty of space. The pool is surrounded by nature, so there is a lot of privacy. We will be comming back again. Highly recommended!”

This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, nice pool area and lovely trees/flowers surrounding the pool.. fully equipped kitchen with all and more that is needed during a stay…would recommend.

The house was ideal for our needs and exactly fit the description in the listing. Everything was clean and well maintained. All of the kitchen equipment we needed was available. If you’re looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of beaches, this is a good fit with fantastic outdoor space.

Tyler’s home is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking. It’s a great home for relaxing, kicking back and enjoy time with family. Our children enjoyed the pool and the dock. Home is very close to everything which is a huge plus. Tyler is a great host, responds quickly and was available to help us out with anything we needed. We loved the home and will definitely be coming back!!

The house is located in a great location! The beach is not a far drive and there is plenty to do in the area! The house is also beautiful and the backyard with the pool and hot tub are amazing !

Just checked out of Kate’s place! What can we say, as a family of five and also our parents we had the most amazing stay. The property is as described, super clean and spacious! The kids loved the pool area and spend countless hours playing around the pool and with the vast array of games throughout the villa. The Area was beautiful, gorgeous beaches and friendly people! Kate was an amazing host, always insightful, friendly and very responsive. What a fabulous family holiday full of lots of new memories created. Thanks Kate!

I can't say enough praises about Melinda and our stay at her bungalow. From our first interaction with booking, Melinda was amazing and continued to be troughout our entire stay. She was quick to respond to any questions that arose. She made wonderful recommendations for outings and restaurants. She even allowed me to bring my 3 fur babies which is hard to find and greatly appreciated. She even asked if she should order extra bowls for them. She provided a nice doggie mat for them and made their stay very comfortable which is most important to me. The bungalow was just as pictured and described. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The bungalow, as mentioned, is on a street but the traffic didn't bother us. At night it was very quite. There is a home across the street with several dogs but the barking wasn't bothersome at all. At night they were very quite. I would definitely stay at Melinda's bungalow again & highly recommend

Beautiful place! In a pretty good area to close to the beach. House was neat and tidy everything looked perfect. The pool is a plus! WiFi is slow but we didn’t really use it. Would definitely book again!

We were very comfortable with the neighborhood. Small amenities- like basic spices and sugar were available in the kitchen. Toaster, coffee machine all worked well. It was a beautiful little beach house and Brenda was very responsive throughout our booking and stay.

We had a family of 9. The home had more than enough beds for us to feel that we had enough to host for each person plus ample room for more. The entire home was carefully supplied with plenty of kitchen cooking supplies, high quality linens, and beach and bath towels. We used every part of the house to entertain ourselves and it was hard to say goodbye after a week stay. The AMI beaches are about a 20-30 min drive, but completely worth it to have this waterfront property that has all the amenities that condos fall short on. Jason was just a text away for any of our requests. This place is a gem and we would rent again without looking elsewhere.

Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

Fantastic Stay – 10/10! We had an amazing time! The setup was perfect for our girls trip —super cozy with a fun beach vibe that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! The location was ideal: close to stores and restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved taking walks around the area. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

My family of 5, plus my brother, LOVED our stay here. House was big, with many rooms and sunrooms for everyone to have their own space. House was immaculate! Had everything we needed, but wasnt cluttered. It was decorated so beautifully and well thought out. It was perfect. Looked just like the pictures. This place is perfect for anyone, but especially families. The fenced in yard and screened in pool was perfect for us since we have kids, one being a toddler. The kids fav part was the pool! They swam every day. There are two big floats, but if you want more, bring your own. We also bought diving toys! Oh, and the huge tetris game was so fun for the kids. Thank you for hosting us 😊 we loved it.

Verushka responded to my questions and concerns before our stay in a very timely manner. The home was awesome! Just as described by the pictures. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. It always makes your stay much more enjoyable when you have an incredibly clean and comfortable place to call home while you are away. That is just how we felt. They thought of all the little details to make our stay more comfortable including the welcome gifts. Loved the coffee bar!! It was stocked very well. What ever you would like. Spacious rooms to move around in. The bed was so comfortable. We also enjoyed the many options of patios and outside furniture to relax on. The grill was new which we had many wonderful dinners on. My sister joined us for five days and she absolutely loved it as well. So in conclusion we would highly recommend this home! Kudos to Verushka and Island Time AMI Rentals! Perfection! House is lovely, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need - from a well equipped kitchen to beach gear to pool toys. We really enjoyed the comfortable patio, the pool was refreshing, and it was a walkable/bikeable area. At first my grand girls were a little disappointed not being on Anna Marie Island but after one day, we agreed it was so much better to be a 10 minutes drive away and be able to come back to this peaceful oasis after the crowds & traffic & activities. We went to every beach, shopped at the Bridge, snorkeled, kayaked, hiked, tanned, played in the waves, & even drove to the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota (terrific) on the rainy day. There is a lovely little park about 1/2 mile away that we walked to twice around 7 pm to visit with 3 manatees that would magically appear. Amazing! Dustin was super responsive & he makes it so easy to enjoy the house and its amenities - very simple instructions and not a list of things to do. Again, perfection!

Lydia was such an amazing host we had trouble turning on the TV and she responded right away. The house is so adorable it was absolutely perfect for my bachelorette weekend. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, if ever back in AMI we will definitely be staying with Lydia!
