Dear guests, From this centrally located accommodation you can walk to the Gernlinden train station in 15 minutes. By S-Bahn in 26 minutes at the main station and the A8 highway is 5.4 km away. There is a Lidl, a pizzeria with a beer garden and even a small swimming lake as well as a leisure facility with a football pitch in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful excursions such as Lake Ammersee or Wörthsee with many leisure activities can be found about 20 minutes away by car. To Lake Starnberg about 35 min.

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
