The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Our three apartments are ideally suited as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or cycling trips on the Drau Cycling Path. For walking, strolling, feeling good and relaxing, you can reach in max. 30 minutes to all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family – this cozy, fully furnished apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. It is located on the 1st floor of our house and is separately accessible via the staircase. It is in a prime location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown is a 10-minute bus ride away. Supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

This cozy 1-room studio apartment with around 22 m² combines everything you need for a relaxing stay – open, light-flooded and charmingly designed. The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with rain shower. The highlight is the approximately 15 m² private terrace with lounge furniture and dining area – a perfect place to enjoy the sun and get some fresh air.

With us you live in a separate, modernly furnished apartment with its own terrace, which faces east and is perfect for breakfast. The apartment consists of an anteroom, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is equipped with all the necessary things to provide you with a pleasant stay. We are also happy to provide you with bicycles! Municipal taxes of €2.70 per night are charged per guest. My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
