Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maltepe

One of my top AriBnB experiences ever :) the view from the balcony was stunning and the apartment was so cozy with all the amenities. Hamdi was a super welcoming and attentive host as well. We felt completely at home and wished we could have stayed longer. (Just be ready to climb some steep hills, or take the bus that leaves from near the ferry port 😉 the view is worth it.)

5 üzerinden 6 yıldız:) Daire çok zevkli döşenmiş, tatlı ayrıntılarla karakterli ve tüm ihtiyaçları karşılıyor, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz. Balkon ve manzara müthiş. Burcu çok sıcak biri ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Kedi Luna bir lokum:)) Lokasyon çok merkezi o yüzden bayramda doğal olarak biraz sokak gürültüsü vardı ama rahatsız etmedi:) Bir çok kafe restoran ve markete çok yakın, büyük avantaj. Heybeli’nin en iyisi olabilir! Tekrar gelmeyi planlıyorum🫶🌸

absolutely gorgeous place...could not get enough of the views. Ulviye was so responsive to all queries .. location is minutes walk to all local metro ferry and bus lines...amazing experience we cannot wait to come.back !

Excellent value for money. Property is exactly as it appears in photos. It was perfectly clean and tidy and beautifully located in Yeldegirmeni, which remains the best neighbourhood we visited in Istanbul. Would absolutely stay again, and recommend to others.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Communication with Bayram was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

Demir’s place offers a stunning view of the Istanbul skyline. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it’s also incredibly comfortable. The couch and bed were both perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I especially loved how walkable the area is. You can stroll down to the shoreline to catch the sunset or enjoy a peaceful walk through the park. It’s also an easy walk to the vibrant street of Bağdat. The host was very responsive, always quick to reply and helpful with any questions or needs I had. It was such a delight to stay here and get a taste of life on the Asian side of Istanbul. I’d absolutely love to return if I come back to the city.

avni beyin evinden ve ilgisinden çok memnunum. ev tertemizdi. fazlasıyla ev hissi vardı. huzurlu ve keyifli bir mahalleydi. benim için metroya yakın olması, güvenilir olması ve kendimi evimde gibi hissetmem önemliydi. aşırı memnun kaldım. evin içinde herşey mevcuttu. apartman da güzel, yeni, temiz ve hayvansever bir apartman. sonraki gelişlerimde de kalmak istiyorum.

I have been a bit generous with my rating, Emrah and his Co/host are trying to make a better Hotel we had a few ups and downs but problems solved due to understanding and communication. Emrah invited us back to enjoy another stay when the rooms has been upgraded we will be happy to come back and give a 5 star review. We survived :)

Daire gayet sessiz sakin bir sokakta bulunmakta, giriş konusunda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Asuman Hanım ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda çok hızlı dönüşler sağlayarak yardımcı oldu. Evin içi de gayet düzenli ve temizdi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

That's the best accommodation I have had in Istanbul; frankly, if I returned to Turkey, I wouldn't look for anything else. Ali is a great host ready to help and assist with any questions. You will always have what you need regarding accommodation, comfort, and good company. And, of course, you won't be bothered by anyone if you require privacy. The apartment has everything one needs, so you feel at home. There is a well-developed kitchen and a living room where you can enjoy a nice chat or listen to music with a nice view. The bathroom is always clean and nice-smelling. A washing machine is available too. There is great-quality internet. And, of course, a cozy room where you can rest well. The location is peaceful and calm, surrounded by various cafes, shops, and restaurants. Subway, railway, metro, and buses are available, so you can quickly get to Sabiha airport or the historical centres. 15-20 minutes away from the seaside, where you can have fantastic sunsets and walks.

Clean and organized accommodation. Excellent neighbourhood with everything located within walking distance.

Perfect place to stay In Kadikoy. Close to ferries, buses metro, and bus to airport. Great bakery and grocery stores plus so much more. Got to climb some stairs but well worth it. Oh did I say the washing machine was really convenient too?

Gokce was an absolutely wonderful host. Her place was clean, tidy and comfortable with many interesting objects. Totally a lived in house which i was searching for. Other than that moda is an amazing area to visit in istanbul. We were planning to visit more historical sites and tourist attractions but it is such a lively neighborhood that we enjoyed just hanging around and chilling rather than exploring touristic areas.
