Loft vacation rentals in Maltepe

perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

The view is poet:) centrally located, the house is tidy.

Taylan was a true blessing as a host. He gave wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, that were real gems and not touristy at all. We did many of them and were incredibly happy! Also, he organized the taxis from and to the airport without any problems which was a big help. As for the apartment, it has a lovely interior design, all the equipment that you need (f.e. for cooking meals at home), and it is very spacious. The roof terrace is a nice addition and we made good memories sitting up there sipping coffee. Can absolutely recommend this place and especially Taylan as a host!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and the overall experience very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Taksim Square, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great outdoor space (bit noisy with the school but we didn’t mind while working with music). Top floor place but good value for money. Close to shops and bars up the hill.

I feel at home every time

It was a very pleasant stay, where we got early check-in, the house it was so clean,neat and nice just looks like in the picture. Just a bit suggestion and i’m sure it will make the place more comfortable, if its bathrooms got a rack to put toiletries and also add some oil in the kitchen. But the rest is just perfect. Thank you and surely will stay here again in my next Istanbul holiday

Location is perfect! Communication is on top, Ferit is super helpful. always online, always ready for help, was really glad to meet him! There is no elevator to whom it is important and apartments on the top floor. Besides, place need to be repaired somewhere, some items should be replaced. Floors are old and squeaky. You can hear the neighbors talking.

Great apartment at the Galata Tower. The views from the two balconies of the apartment and the large roof terrace outside the apartment are priceless and beautiful at any time of day. The apartment is well located for many activities and in close proximity to restaurants, cafés and bars. There is a well-equipped small supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is very quiet despite the central location, you will only be awakened by the seagulls in the morning. Nurten is always available and gives great tips for restaurants and quickly answers all questions. We enjoyed the time there very much.

Tao’s home was beautiful and comfortable for our group. The terrace had beautiful views of the Bosporus and the units were decorated with a cool vintage feel. The neighborhood was great and just a quick walk away from the tram. Would recommend, would stay again.

First of all, even though we stayed on the weekend, there was a very quiet and peaceful environment. Everything was as shown in the photos. The house was very tidy and clean. We did not have the opportunity to meet Ms. Tugba, but her assistant Ms. Begüm took very good care of us. We were also in constant communication with Ms. Tugba from the phone. Thank you both so much. My girlfriend and I were very happy. We will definitely be back. Also, her cat Pamuk is a very nice and smart cat , if you don't have a cat phobia, you definitely don't need to be shy.

Nice place in the old center. Street is busy, and noisy. A lot of restaurants and shops in the neigbourhood. Internet connection was about 10MB/s. I did also do some remote work. Mayor tourist sites are on a walkable distance. I recommand this place.

We stayed for a week and liked everything. The room corresponds to the description, the location is very convenient to get anywhere. The owner is always available and quick to respond.
