Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Maltepe

The apartment is in the most tourist place in the city, as described. Very clean, wide, comfortable and well organized for a family - never ending hot water, own entrance, places to store things, kitchen supplies. The only thing I really missed, is a coffeemaker, but we survived. We loved the yard to take rest in the evening. Mehmet is very comprehensive and polite, really helpfull, Thanks a lot!. If we visit Istanbul in future, we will look for this place again, for sure. I recommend!

We had a great time at Huseiyn's place, stayed there for a week. The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photo. There's a fully equipped kitchen although we didn't use it. Communication with Huseyin was very easy, he was also extremely helpful when we needed something. Plenty of café and restaurants around, the metro is around 15 mins walk. I would definitely recommend his place.

Mine was a great host. The place is very centrally located close to the Galata Tower. The perfect place to start exploring Istanbul for large groups.

4 girlfriends stayed here for one night. It was really lovely experience. It was an environment where we felt at home. Everything was clean and tidy. The location of the house was also very good. It was within walking distance to many places on the island. If I come to the island again, I'd prefer this place again.

The stay was super central to all the historical sites literally a few minutes walk to everything including a bunch of restaurants and great shops. The home itself was even better than pictured super cute and clean with all the amenities listed. Volkan was the best most kind host providing the best recommendations for our stay outside of Istanbul as well and was super helpful during check in even helping us get transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The room was cozy, quiet, and in a great location — close to a main street but still peaceful. Just like in our previous stay, the quietness was a big plus for us. One of the highlights was how helpful the host was. They kindly let us store our luggage while we traveled to Greece for a few days, which made everything much easier for us. Communication was always fast and friendly. Our overall experience was very good, and we really appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful help during our trip.

We felt safe and even though neighbourhood is a bit run down it feels safe and close to main city of town and lots of excellent restaurants. Good place for families and couples

I stayed a week and it felt like home. Nice and very clean apartment matching the description. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped- I had no problem cooking breakfast for myself. There are a few mini and super markets within a quarter mile from the apartment, so buying water and produce was very easy. Finding a restaurant also was not a problem- too many to choose from. It was nice to have the washer but you will need to either bring or buy the detergent. There is a small drying rack too. Aiya Sofya is maybe a 10 minutes walk away. There is really nothing to complain about. I would certainly stay again at this place.

The location was perfect and felt very safe at all times. It was easy to reach anywhere in Istanbul with convenient transportation options nearby. The host, Hakan, was exceptionally kind and always responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommended!

Enes' place was great.❤❤❤ The place is in a great location within walking distance to all historical and touristic sites. There are many restaurants, markets and shopping centers nearby. Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosqueen are a 5-minute walk away. The house was very good. The balcony made it extra beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. The bed was very comfortable Enes was doing his best. He's always there. He wanted to make sure he had a good stay.❤ Enes also helps with transfers, good and cheap restaurants, and cheap markets. Nice flat for the price and in an amazing location, with supermarket and nice food places all around, not to mention 5 minutes walk from Taskim square. Highly recommend!
