Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the natural park Jistebnická vrchovina. Previously, there was a farmhouse with only stables and nesting swallows. Around the cottage is a large natural garden that we partially use as an ornate garden. On one side the garden is finished with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other side it passes into an open landscape. A cat lives in the garden and in the house and in the yard of a chicken.

The surroundings are full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou castle,quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished,comfortable for two people.Evaluated romantics and lovers of old times.

The surroundings encourage you to take a walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument I can arrange fishing permits for fishermen. The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment brick house with an elevator in the street of Builders. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2019. The apartment is cca 1 min walk to the bus stop with direct connection to the center (takes cca 9 min by bus).
