Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
