This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Det finns ett fullutrustat kök med plats för 4 personer vid matbordet samt egen tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Sovrummet har en queen-size dubbelsäng samt bekväm bäddsoffa för 2 sovande. Du parkerar bil, lastbil eller bil med släp precis utanför dörren, behöver du kunna ladda elbilen går laddplats att ordna!

Här har du allt du behöver för ett kortare boende. Lägenheten ligger centralt på Limhamn nära till Malmö Arena (ca 4 km) och till Malmö city (ca 5 km). Här finns en dubbelsäng, en soffa, ett litet matrumsbord, pentry med kylskåp, spis med två plattor, ugn samt mikrovågsugn. I badrummet finns toalett, handfat, dusch och tvättmaskin. I lägenheten finns också en öppen spis. Det är dock inte tillåtet att elda i den men lite stämningsfulla ljus går bra att tända. Fritt Internet och stort TV-utbud.

There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i ett tvåfamiljshus, där värdparet bor i lägenheten ovanför. Ytan är ca 74 kvm, fördelat på kök, badrum, sovrum med dubbelsäng samt två vardagsrum, varav i det ena finns en bäddsoffa. Gården lummig och inbjudande och erbjuder flera sittplatser.
