Beach house vacation rentals in Malibu

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb for a family wedding! The home was perfect for our large group—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better: we were able to easily walk to a nearby family house and to the beach, which made everything so convenient during a busy weekend. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area!

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for our spring break with my 6 kids. Ages 23-5. We are not partiers just a family get away to relax and cook together. We booked this place based on the pool and it was worth it for us. The previous reviews were alarming about quiet hrs and it being strict but we had no problem and stayed in the pool till 945 at night. I did tell me younger 3 kids to be quiet at night to be respectful and they were for the most part but definitely got loud with their voice a few times. Great house no complaints beds were very comfy!

This Seal Beach house was a fantastic spot for my family’s vacation. We loved the vibe of the house and our kids loved the pool. The outdoor furniture was great, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Everything in Seal Beach is walkable. Park the car and enjoy. Sue, the host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

the listing is accurate in all ways, and the place was spotlessly clean, had all manner of amenities and was well stocked for an easy stay. Use of the garage made going and coming a breeze. We paid extra for pool and spa heating, and had a great time using those. thank you, Denise!

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming beach house in Oxnard! The home itself is super cute and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family trip with young kids and dogs. The hosts went above and beyond in thinking through every detail: there were kid-friendly plates and cups, dog bowls and leashes, high-quality toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to settle in and enjoy. The location is wonderful—you can see the ocean from the house, and it’s just a short, easy walk to the sand, even with toddlers in tow. The beach feels semi-private despite being public, which made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. We also loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt. Our kids could walk around comfortably, and we appreciated the calm, friendly vibe of the area. All in all, a perfect beach escape for families. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The place was a very lovely place to stay, a short walking distance to the beach, had a very lovely view of the beach from the house. Me my kids and my boyfriend felt at home for our stay there. Definitely will be back if we come back to Los Angeles.

Amazing place to stay in the Oxnard/Ventura area!

The house was right on the sand—just a few steps down—and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect beach getaway. This stay was such a treat! We booked just a few days before our trip and Amber was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so cozy—we truly felt right at home. Two nights didn’t do it justice; we wish we had stayed longer! The view was stunning, and we loved being able to hear the waves from the deck. We’re already looking forward to coming back later this summer. Thank you, Amber!

Great place to stay for our Beach/Disney vacation. Just a block from the beach and 25 minutes to the parks. And everyone at HappiTravels was helpful— answered our questions and were there when we called.

This was our second time staying here and we were very happy with our stay. This is a lovely home walking distance to the beach. Our family was comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need. The host is a great communicator and we would stay here again!

Great location, amazing view. responsive host, comfy beds. Super comfy couches near great restaurants coffee shops and stores. Parking and entry were a breeze. simple instructions. little deck area behind the metal street gate helped with unloading and dogs. Stayed a week, end came too soon.

We absolutely love staying at this house. It’s our 2nd time and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect! There’s a walking trail to a shopping center that has a grocery store, a Starbucks, and much more - including a brewery that has amazing beer and great food. It’s also walkable to Zuma Beach! We have 4 kids and this house is so perfect for us - enough room for everyone to spread out. And the view from the deck cannot be beat. You get a view of the ocean/coast line/ and the mountains all in one.

Great Location - house extremely well stocked - house was very clean & bright - house layout was fantastic for our family of 12 persons - great kitchen for cooking - street side parking was always close by and convenient - It worked very well for us - 👍👍

We had a great time at this beach house! It’s unassuming on the outside but has lots of upgrades on the inside while maintaining a comfortable beach vibe. Terrific kitchen with nice appliances and all the utensils you need. I was even able to make a cake for my husband’s birthday. There’s a big deck with a grill on the street side of the house and two of the bedrooms upstairs have a balcony facing the beach. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table in the garage. We would love to return!

Zev & Melissa's place was wonderful! The property is extremely well finished and maintained. Not having access to the master bedroom is not an issue, and we loved the other en suite master, where the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable and upscale. The kitchen and living area (open floor plan) were perfect, and the neighborhood was great with plenty of things to do for fun. What struck us most was how well prepared the house was with everything a guest would hope to have - more akin to a luxury hotel than an Airbnb experience. We would definitely go back!
