Wonderful Stay in Venice Beach! We had a fantastic time at this cozy house just steps from the beach. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the Venice Boardwalk. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Venice Beach!

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

So nice to have a place to stay and be together as a family! We spent as much time on the beautiful beach as possible, cooked up amazing meals, played games around the table, and had a movie night. Great experience and hope to come back!

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

we loved staying here! great location, centrally located to lots of things. the bungalow is perfect ~ michelle was quick to respond if we needed anything. plenty of parking. it was a little confusing to find the house at night because our map didn’t take us directly to the house but if you follow the instructions there should be no issue ~ all in all 10/10! absolutely loved it ^-^ thank you ~

Absolutely Charming Stay in Montrose! We had such a wonderful stay at Gillan’s adorable cottage in the Montrose neighborhood near Pasadena. The moment we walked in the cottage, we felt like doing a happy dance. It was cozy, inviting, and immediately felt like home. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, with thoughtful touches throughout. The fun, eclectic artwork all around the cottage added personality and made the space feel unique. The location was also perfect for our trip—we were in town for a concert at the Rose Bowl, and the cottage was an ideal home base. Montrose itself is a hidden gem of a neighborhood, full of charming shops and great local restaurants. Gillan was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and quick to help when we had a minor issue with the internet. Thanks to her fast support, it was resolved in minutes. We genuinely loved everything about this stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely cottage again. Thanks, Gillan!

This was an amazing getaway for my family. I could live in this adorable home. This was the perfect place to comfortably unwind after a day out in Long Beach, and the home had everything we needed and so many extras. Charlie was an amazing host and went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed and a great stay. We will be back!

We had a short stay before a cruise. Kris was great with communication and recommendations. Very comfortable bed and sheets. Would stay again.

I think the home looked better than the photos. The home has a lot of character and the decor was great. Loved the hot tub outside and the master shower. The neighborhood was pretty quiet! We loved it.

I just had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 night stay at Deanna's place. It was just as described - in a great central location - easy to access, private and comfortable. While it is on a busy street, the guest house is amazingly quiet and peaceful. It is private and has a lovely small garden that is safe and secure for your travelling pup. My little dog enjoyed puttering around and laying on the grass in the sun. It was a very hot weekend and I was concerned about being uncomfortable but the AC worked great and we looked forward to getting back to the guest house every day to relax in the coolness. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen clean and fully stocked. Just a very comfortable and easy weekend. Deanna was incredibly responsive and proactive, making sure that we were happy and comfortable the whole stay. I will definitely book again!

Really lovely bungalow in a quiet neighborhood in Silver Lake. We loved the outdoor spaces and seating in the backyard as well as on the front porch, and the kitchen was well-appointed. Easy to walk to the reservoir and all of the cafes and shops in the neighborhood, as well as to get around by Uber from this location. Jared was very responsive when the outside lights over the front door and steps weren't working and had them repaired the next day, which we appreciated greatly as there are quite a few steps to get up to the house. Would love to stay there again!

Had an amazing stay at Ruby’s place. The house is beautiful and full of thoughtful touches throughout. Very quiet and peaceful and in a great neighborhood while still being a good spot to explore more of the city. Highly recommend
