Vacation rentals with a home theater in Malibu

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

This is our second time staying here… everything went perfectly and so seamless. The secured parking, washer and dryer and hospitality made this experience a 10/10. Located in NoHo with endless amounts of things to do in walking distance. Highly recommend🤙🏾

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Daisy’s Yeehaw Suite was the perfect spot for my weekend away! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for my stay. I walked down to Atwater Village every day to get coffee and food and walk the shops. The Farmers Market on Sunday was a cute bonus to staying in the area. Daisy was very responsive when we communicated and incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be booking with Fred and Luna again in the future. My family and I were very pleased with Zadkiels place. He was very responsive and understanding with my concerns even before I booked his spot. House worked well for our wknd activities @ the Queen Mary. My spouse/I + 2 grown sons all had our own comfortable beds. It was so much fun having a ping pong table, little yard area to sit to enjoy looking at the moon as we talked each night, and great tv sitting area. Shelly was particularly warm, kind, responsive, and attentive. Really enjoyed conversing with her. Very good experience. Place itself is btwn 2 larger bldg and DOES look like its picture, but is more tucked away and easy to miss. It is right next to the alley. Parking available on site is stellar! Also, Ellie’s is a couple blocks away. Small Italian high end restaurant with great food and service!! Highly recommend!

My son, grandkids and I had a great time staying at Greg and Maylen's place. Maylen was extermely responsive and proactive which made the enhanced the entire experence. We will try to stay at the house on our next trip to LA if it is available.

Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

Great experience, lots of nearby shops. Had no issues checking in, lots of accessible necessities.

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved our stay at Sonny and Teengting's home! We really appreciated the good communication and instructions ahead of time, and their willingness to accommodate us when we had to change our dates last minute and requested to check-in a little early. There is plenty of space to spread out and the game room in the garage is a fun added bonus our kids loved. There are also plenty of extras in the home including toys and games (we loved playing ping pong!) The kitchen is well stocked with all the items we needed for making meals. The location is in a quaint neighborhood and very convenient to stores and restaurants with easy access to I-5 and a quick trip to Disneyland (about 10-15 minutes) and the beach (about 20-25 minutes). Only downside were the neighbors could be a little loud, but it wasn't too disturbing and not the fault of the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Sonny and Teengting's and would recommend it!

This apartment was absolutely fabulous. Every detail was handcrafted by the Airbnb owner, and you can feel the love and creativity in every corner. The private cinema room was a dream—I watched so many films and truly felt transported to another world. The colors, the furniture, the atmosphere… it was all incredibly inspiring. I honestly felt like writing a song or starting a screenplay while staying here. The hosts were also incredibly kind and charming. I can’t wait to come back very soon.

This is a wonderful resort. I would come back in a heart beat. Centrally located to the beaches and John Wayne Airport is very close. Excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!

Julie's place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend the place.
