This new, modern house is located in Zemunik Donji, 10 km from Zadar. An ideal choice for families with children. It is located on a fenced property with a swimming pool, lawn, barbecue and large parking lot. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and a TV. Wifi is available throughout the house. Within an hour's drive from the house are the cities of Zadar, Nin, Biograd, National Parks Paklenica and Krka, and many other attractive locations. The nearest beach is 10km away, the store 1km, the airport 4km.
