Super nice cabin with lots of room for a group of 4-6 people. During the stay, there was a quick response time if you were unsure about anything and a generally super friendly host. Teressen is perfect for evening fun with board games, as it was private and sunny. There were all the utensils in the cabin that you could need. All in all a great experience!

A great house! Very clean and everything you need available. The kitchen is really equipped with everything (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, food processor, coffee maker,...). The children's room is full of toys, which our daughter was particularly happy about. The garden is beautifully large with sandbox, swing and slide. The fireplace is great and everything is also available for the fireplace. A washing machine and dryer are very helpful. Hot tub is great - be careful about the extra water bill. We felt very comfortable. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. You always have to drive to attractions, there is not so much in the immediate vicinity.

Everything worked out, the children could walk alone or cycle across the dike. Unfortunately, dish soap and sponge were not provided.

It was a very pleasant stay! The house has everything you need to relax. Sauna is amazing, bbq equipment is great. I strongly recommend this place for a short stay. But make sure you come with your car, as shops and civilisation is pretty far, which is not bad at all when one wants some peace.

Everything's great - always happy to come back

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

A nice cottage in a quiet location. The semi-detached houses are highly recommended for larger groups. The layout of the houses makes it possible to be together, but there is also a chance to retreat! Especially in mixed groups, where children are also perfect. For some, it takes some getting used to the fact that there is no wifi. Cell phone reception is also rather poor. Not a problem for us, it was rather beneficial for the recovery. In the kitchen, nothing was missing in terms of dishes. However, you have to know that things of the basic equipment, salt, baking paper, oil, detergent/tabs, hand soaps in the bathrooms, etc., are not mandatory. There was a loving welcome package in each kitchen, but it will not be sufficient depending on the length of stay (1Spültab, 1 small package of salt and pepper, 1 bag of dish soap). Had a great stay and would book the house again anytime!

The house are beautiful and super equipped. You can spend a great weekend with a large group there, to Wismar and to the beach it is only about 15 minutes. We highly recommend the house!

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would gladly go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 13 people. It would even be room for more. Unfortunately, due to the current construction site, it is still a bit noisy and not quite as "idyllic" as you might like. Otherwise, everything was there, it was very clean and the service on site was always responsive. Clear recommendation

We had a really great time with our group! We were almost exclusively in the house. And of course, we spent most of the day in the pool or used the many playing possibilities such as table tennis & billiards. We were completely satisfied!
