The apartment was very clean and nice. Daniela was very friendly and easy to check in. The hot tub had a pleasant 36 to 38 degrees and was comfortably sufficient for 4 people max but 5 people. When the water was a little dirty after a few days, Daniela cleaned it very quickly. The only suggestion for improvement is clearly to support the two hedges at the jacuzzi, as we unfortunately did not have a lake view from the hot tub. All in all, top accommodation for sometimes rainy days thanks to the hot tub.

We had a very nice stay! The mobile home was clean, well equipped and offered everything you need for a few relaxing days. However, the absolute highlight was the beautiful pool area and the quiet location – surrounded by vines, simply fantastic. Marta and her family were extremely friendly, warm and always helpful. We felt very welcome and would love to come back anytime!

We had a fantastic stay at this super modern apartment! The amenities are great and everything was very clean and maintained. The lake can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike, which is perfect for relaxing excursions. The hosts were extremely friendly and were always quick to respond to my questions. We highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Riva del Garda, managed by the same owners as Residence Filanda. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Although the immediate area is quiet and there isn’t much around within walking distance, it was a peaceful and relaxing base for exploring the region. The hosts were very welcoming and professional, and their care for the property really shows. Overall, a great experience — we’re happy to give a 5-star rating!

The place is awesome, space is big compared to Europe standard. Everything is available, Marta is really nice and her recommendation book is perfect.

Very nice, clean and well-kept house, in a quiet location and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Indoor parking for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles. A short walk from Riva del Garda and convenient for reaching other destinations of interest. Anita welcomed us personally, a very nice and easy-going girl. He also gave us many suggestions on places in the area to go to dinner or buy typical products. Really a great stay, just like home!

The apartment is "a little hidden" in the slope and offers a beautiful view of the Lago d'Idro - at sunrise there is a picturesque landscape and you quickly forget the time with a good coffee:) Many beautiful excursion destinations can be reached very quickly by car and the immediate surroundings are also suitable for longer hikes. Another plus is the milder climate (compared to Lake Garda, about 2-3° cooler) and a permanent light and pleasant wind on the slope. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. The driveway to the property (path on the slope) is relatively narrow, but you still get to the apartment well. Tip, do not enter the address in the navigation system but have it navigated directly via Google to the accommodation.

A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

Great apartments very clean

The property is in a very nice location. Right in the neighboring village (5 min by car) is a great bakery! We were two couples +. Dog. Worked out great, mainly because Davide is very fond of animals. The amenities are great and it is super clean. Davide is a great host! Disadvantage: Internet WiFi and also mobile both did not work so well. Not so suitable for a workation vacation, but that was just our impression. In the neighboring house, a family lived right next door, very friendly, but the Nonna was really loud, so we moved from the beautiful place outside in the courtyard to the inside, where it was quiet. I think that can be part of the Italian flair, but those who are really looking for peace and quiet could have problems here.

The apartment is brand new, meticulously clean, equipped with every comfort and very well equipped (nothing is missing). A nice terrace with a tent and also a garden with a barbecue and deck chairs. The hosts were also nice to provide us with food and cleaning supplies that were not due (a bottle of water, tea bags, coffee, a pack of snacks, salt, sugar and spices).

We stayed with Elena for 10 days and felt very comfortable there. The house is very large, almost too large for us. The large balcony offered opportunities to have breakfast there and relax in the deck chair in the evening. The vegetables growing in the garden could be harvested and were super delicious. If necessary, the contact was very easy, also the contact with her parents was very easy and great. All in all, it was super good there. Thanks to Elena for letting us stay there.

New house, well-kept garden, beautiful decor, great kitchen, good beds, just recommended

We have stayed with at Leonardo’s place already the second time. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and Raffaello (Leonardo’s father), who lives in the house is super attentive, helpful and just a pleasure to share the house and garden with. We came with two small kids - love that we can go for a walk with the stroller around the house and that there is a small super market and a couple of really good restaurants in very short waking distance. Highly recommended!!

The farm is very idyllically located between many vineyards. The apartment itself is very high-quality, so you feel right at home. Especially the animals in the garden and the farm dog Sushi are a highlight. The family is very warm and gave us many good tips for excursions. You should definitely join the "Rural Brunch" to learn about the history of the farm and try the great wines! We had a wonderful holiday and would be happy to come back!

I would thoroughly recommend Giorgio and Paola's Airbnb. It is in a beautiful part of Lake Garda and within a reasonable walking distance to Riva Del Garda. It is very close to lovely restaurants and shops. The house itself is lovely and bright. Clean and spacious - perfect for a family or a few friends. In addition - the hosts themselves were very helpful and communicative with check-in and recommendations, including letting us know about a marathon taking place who I would have disrupted our travel plans

We can't thank Giuseppe and Cristina enough for their hospitality and personal attention. They personally met us at the front of the building, showed us around, and provided ample information on the area around the apartment. Their food recommendations were excellent. The apartment was spotless and within a 15- to 20-minute walk to Verona’s main square. Thank you for making our visit to Verona very memorable.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! The location is simply great – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything quickly. We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful pool, which invited us to relax. Lucia was incredibly friendly, helpful and always approachable – you immediately felt welcome and comfortable.
