Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Anyone who has not yet visited the city of Volos and the villages of Pelion loses! The city, beautiful and easy to move and just has everything. Tsipouradika, taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars & clubs. It combines sea and mountain with beautiful images that recharge your batteries until the next excursion! As for the apartment, it's super and I would give another 5 stars*** ** if they were available! Spotless, with all the amenities for every guest's stay, with easy access, parking always available, and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is always available for anything, and always with a beautiful smile ready to serve and help. In one word: impeccable!

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay at Parkside Volos! The apartment was stylish, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed—including a great espresso machine to start the mornings. The location made it easy to explore the city, and having a private parking space was a huge bonus. Stamatia was a wonderful host—super responsive and welcoming.

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

What can I say.. we’ve just returned home after a truly amazing holiday made even better by Evan and his family in this perfect villa location. Missing it already, he was the perfect host and we will definitely visit his villas again in the future. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, this is the place to go for a special family holiday!

We were there for three days! Natasha was amazing from the beginning even before we arrived there with amazing instructions and very quick responses! The house is amazing for a big groups of people like we were, big spaces to hang out both in the living room as well as the table to play cards or games. We enjoyed the welcome basket Natasha had prepared for us ! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back again ! Thanks for everything

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two nights at Panoramic Sunset Luxury Apartment and were impressed! The apartment is huge with two spacious bedrooms and two brand new bathrooms and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pagasetic Gulf, especially at sunset. Everything was spotless and smelled brand new. The minimalist decor, the incredible quality mattress and the silent air conditioner were wonderful! It also had fast Wi-Fi! From the living room and kitchen you can enjoy the view, even from the couch! Chryssa had taken care of every detail: Nespresso capsules, bottled water and wine, snacks were waiting for us upon arrival! The location is ideal: in 2-3 minutes you can walk to the famous tsipouradika of Volos and it is also very convenient that free private parking is offered!
