This newly-renovated private, single-story home offers a quiet oasis in the city of Volos. It is just a 10-minute walk to the center and within 150m is a large super market, pharmacy, bakery and coffee shops. The house offers plenty of natural sunlight, a large fenced yard ideal for BBQs and relaxing. The kitchen has tall, cathedral ceilings and is fully equipped with new cooking utensils and appliances. The house includes a flat-screen TV, AC unit, ceiling fans, and a large, newly built closet.

Anneli's house with garden

I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.
