The house is modest yet wonderful! a perfect Airbnb experience. Situated within an Olive Grove and with an amazing view to the sea, you wake up to the sound of birds and ocean waves, and everything around is green. Theres almost total privacy at any point of the backyard and house, and it's just a 2minute drive down to Chorefto Beach for Cafe or Taverns. The host is very nice and very helpful, gave us a lot of recommendations and information, we'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

we enjoyed our stay. Niko met us to check in which was very nice. check out was easy as well. having a place to park the car was a real bonus.

The apartment was fantastic! The space is comfortable and clean. High aesthetics. Quiet and easy parking. The instructions were clear. Definitely value for money choice in everything.

There are no words for the view ..at least amazing! The space is clean and thoughtful ! The landlord communicates instantly to give directions to the house as it needs some guidance if you don't know the area. It would be better to create a guide map and plan the route and a keybox to make it easier for guests who are not available for frequent phone communication and don't know exactly the time of arrival at the listing. It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

A lovely few night's in Skiathos. Fotis met us early and showed us to the apartment, was very responsive with any questions we had. The place was clean and comfy, a short walk from resturants and the water.

The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

Maria's place was like the dream island apartment with an incredible terrace and view even from the main bedroom. the apartment was just the right size, very comfortable beds, very relaxing as all in neutrals. the perfect place for a family looking for peace and tranquility! we loved the walks to it, made friends with the neighbourhood cats. just beware for those with any knee or mobility issues there are many flights of stairs from all sides...but it makes you fit if that's not an issue! we would definitely stay there again next time when visiting Skiathos. We like to be away from the crowds but central enough to walk, and that view was like a dream, so don't hesitate to book this place in a heartbeat 💓

Very nice house, clean in quiet location. Mrs. Athanasia is very kind and hospitable, willing to help with anything you need. We will definitely visit it again and I highly recommend it!

The children were very friendly and welcomed me personally .. the place is beautiful with a big TV and a very good mattress .. spotless room .. personally I will prefer the children again if I need to stay again Volos ..

This is a modern apartment that comfortably accommodates 2 people and is just 5' on foot from the beach and 10' from the shops of the center. Giannis is extremely direct for any communication, given that the reservation was made the day before.

Fabulous! A comfortable studio, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped, quiet, close to the beach - and the beautiful archaeological museum -, with a bus stop 1 min walk, and an extraordinary terrace, with a magnificent view! Add the small welcome gifts (excellent white wine and delicious chocolates), and you have all the conditions for a divine stay! Thank you Pétros, for your concern and your great courtesy!
