My place is close to a few restaurants and dining, the beach next to the Franciscan monastery, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space - balcony with a table where you can enjoy your meals, or just a glass of wine. House also offers outdoor grill for guest's use. Apartment is situated in a quiet area, less than 15 minutes on foot from the port and town center. It consists of bedroom with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen with an exit to the balcony, and bathroom.

The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Built in 2018. and arranged according to the Scandinavian style. This apartment for two persons is located on the 3rd. floor with Western orientation. Air-conditioned apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sofa and smart TV, modern bathroom, comfortable room with bed (180x200). Also within the apartment there is a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. No pets allowed!
