18th C Rascard in Gran Paradiso National Park

Original 18th C chalet, called "Rascard" locally, an authentic antique farm house, completely modernised and refurbished, preserving much of the original wooden structure and antique beams. Situated in small village Tignet, 1650m, part of the Gran Paradiso National Park, built on a spur with a wonderful view overlooking the Valsavarenche valley, the Savara river and mountain peaks and a waterfall on the left. The house balcony faces north with sun all day. Car parking space 50m from the chalet.

The house is in a very pretty hamlet of 14 houses, at 1560 m above sea level, next to the woods and directly on a path for walks and snowshoeing. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Le logement est situé au premier (et dernier) étage d'une maison typique de montagne, il dispose d'une entrée indépendante et est pourvu d'un grand balcon.
