La Baita di Savara

La proprietà è immersa nella piccola frazione di L'Eau Rousse (acqua rossa), località incantevole di Valsavarenche nel cuore del Parco Nazionale del Gran paradiso con un paesaggio unico e affascinante creato dalle suggestive colate ferruginose che tingono di rosso le rocce sovrastanti il villaggio. Rilassati e lasciati trasportare con tutta la famiglia in questa natura incantevole e silenziosa.

Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.

La casa si trova in un angolo pedonale molto tranquillo in alto della frazione di Crétaz, poco distante dal capoluogo Cogne. L'appartamento, al primo piano (ultimo piano abitato) è ben esposto, con una magnifica vista sui torrenti, la montagna, i prati di S.Orso e Cogne. È in stile "vintage di montagna", semplice ma accogliente, con boiserie di perline e mobili di legno.
