The highlight of the stay is that the apartment is near well-known places like Zell am See and Salzburg, famous for skiing or one can drive to the famous waterfalls of Krimml or Großglocknerstrasse. Sports like rafting, mountain biking, and hiking can be done in this area. There are 3 sunny and airy bedrooms on the first floor that boast a dazzling view of the nearby mountains and meadows. The first floor also has a living area equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and free wifi. The open modular kitchen and a dining area is perfect to have a meal together. A spacious stube is located on the ground floor, where one can and potentially other guests can dine. The restaurants and public transports are just at a distance of 200 m from the apartment. Salzburg Airport is the nearest airport. Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

The house is located on the north shore of Lake Zell and is two stories high. On the first floor is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the covered terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. The lake is a 5-minute walk. The center of Zell am See is 1.5 km away. Breakfast service is available on request!
