Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, sitting area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna in addition €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or bookable is walking with the horses.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Das stylische Studio mit großzügigem Bett, Arbeitszimmer, Küche und Garten bietet einen idealen Rückzugsort für Ihren Würzburg-Aufenthalt. Die Sauna, welche sich in einem gemeinschaftlichen Bereich befindet, lädt zur Entspannung ein. Sehr ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung: 2 Bushaltestellen und 2 Scouter-Mietwagen-Stationen in der Nähe, 10 Min mit dem Auto zur Würzburger Innenstadt (ca. 25-30 Min mit dem Bus). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Kaufland, Rossmann und Bäckerei fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The apartment is two minutes from the Judenbühlweg tram stop, which will take you to the center in about 8 minutes. A bike path right across the street goes along the Main into the city or into the surrounding wine villages, e.g. Randersacker (about 5 km), Eibelstadt (about 8 km) Ochsenfurt (about 20 km)

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Ideal for those who want to get out of the everyday stress and "do nothing - want nothing"!

Two families of friends had a dream. They wanted to create a vacation home in their homeland, the Odenwald, where guests feel completely comfortable. Thus, two modern, ecological wooden houses were built, which are furnished with a lot of love for detail. They are located right on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you can enjoy a wide view of the Odenwald low mountain range.

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

Welcome to our lovingly run guest house complex with a total of 5 houses – idyllically located on the Rhönstrand, in the middle of the Rhön biosphere reserve. Feel free to check out the other places we offer! By the way: each apartment has its own private hot tub included. Furthermore, we have a shared sauna on our premises for a fee.
