We are renting a nice and spacious 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

In this option, you book all 4 rooms for up to 10 people for the sole use of the 1st floor of our private house! There are 2 double beds and 6 single beds available! In addition to a toilet, 2 showers and a fully equipped kitchen! Don't forget your magic wand!

Small 2 bedroom apartment

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the highway of the A66 between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and also connected to the visit of surrounding sights. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with your beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train goes to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The Hessestub, with its central location, is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The living room has a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. Of course, there is also free Wi-Fi. For self-catering there is a fully equipped kitchen unit. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable beds. The bathroom has a shower as well as all necessary amenities such as towels and toiletries.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the mill building. Where the flour was once ground, a modern apartment has been created that invites you to feel good with many cozy details. We as hosts live in the neighboring building and are very happy to help guests. The apartment belongs to our farm, where ponies, dogs, cats and ducks live. A beautiful playground and a large meadow invite you to play.
