The exterior consists of an enclosed garden, 1 terrace with dining area, barbecue and deckchairs.

En pleine campagne, vous pourrez profiter d'un jardin indépendant doté d'un espace barbecue à proximité d'un ruisseau, à l'abri des regards. Le gite (entièrement rénové) se situe dans le prolongement d'une bâtisse (ancien moulin à eau), occupé par les propriétaires. Plages 10 minutes, commerces 5 minutes, nombreux sites à visiter, Pointe du raz... Location du samedi au samedi en juillet/août.

Au bas du jardin clos vous aurez un accès direct à la mer par une charmante petite crique de galets. La maison est à 500 m du petit port de Pors Poulhan à Plozevet en Pays Bigouden. Elle est idéalement placée pour de multiples randonnées dont les sentiers côtiers par le GR 34. De jolies plages de sable sont proches du gîte dont le Gored à 400 m, Gwendrez à 2km.

Come and discover the beautiful landscapes of the bay, its beaches, natural, historical and legendary heritage. Cape Sizun is also about tasting local specialties. Minimum 2 nights. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

A haven between the sea and the river

Located in southern Finistère, a few kilometers from Pointe du Raz, in Cap Sizun, this old stone farmhouse, found in a state of ruin and restored with eco-responsible materials, overlooks the Goyen Valley. Direct access to hiking trails along the coastal river allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix. It has three bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine with a sofa bed.
