Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit our Nubian Goats Dolly, Daisy, and Dixie.

The Cute Cottage Above the Creek is an ideal getaway destination. Sitting up on the hillside with a great view down onto the creek. The hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day hiking or to warm up after playing or casting a line down in the creek. Tastefully decorated with a fire pit just out back, swing along the creek side, corn hole, satellite tv, internet as well as the peaceful secluded setting too enjoy when you not out exploring all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Tranquil cozy farm cottage

Hurricane update: We are very fortunate not to have sustained any damage. The pictures give an accurate depiction of the area. We have electricity, water, internet and cell service. Set in a pretty garden, 75 yards from the road, it enjoys access to 50 acres and private walks. Enjoy birdsong and wildlife while relaxing on the deck. Looking for an affordable mountain getaway to do a little fishing, relaxing, or just need a break from your hectic everyday life?  Want something comfortable and unique!?  This creek side Cottage is an open loft 2 bedroom home on the creek with a 3 person hammock,hot tub, firepit and charcoal parkside grill. It was built in the early 60's and has had a big transformation! While keeping its unique charm. I love saving and restoring older places and this was a fun project!

Private, dog friendly Moonfall Cottage.

Moonfall Cottage, is a private country setting close to everything including Pigeon Forge and Sevierville TN. Walk through the sliding glass doors into a private wooded setting or sit on the patio and commune with nature. Moonfall Cottage is perfect for couples visiting for their honeymoon, and older folks who use a cane or walker. The cottage also has a Murphy bed, so up to four guests can stay at a time. During the colder months, snuggle up and enjoy the fireplace.

Lake View - modern style cottage

This unique place has an all-of-its-own style. It's a short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age, any occasion, or a small family with up to 2 small children. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Good to mention also, that there is no lake but a pond across the street. Fishing is allowed!
