The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Our cozy apartment welcomes you to the cultural city of Weimar. The apartment is located on the first floor of our lovingly renovated Art Nouveau house from 1897 and, over an area of approximately 50 square meters, can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Kitchen and bathroom have windows. The train station and city center are within a 10-15 minute walk. Parking is free on the street in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked safely, and e-bikes can also be charged.

A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.
