A spacious room at the aristocratic Casa de Madrid full of light from the large central courtyard, totally quiet, accessed through the library and closest to the kitchen, it is apt for longer stays. A private bathroom with a large shower, and a dedicated work area. It has enough space for an extra bed. The Casa de Madrid is an apartment in one of Madrid´s best listed residential buildings, in the Austrias neighbourhood, facing the Teatro Real, and looking towards the Palacio Real.

-- It's a relaxed and quiet place since the rest hours of the apartment are from 00 to 10 am more or less..... and the building approximately the same. There is a bathroom but it is only shared with me and my girl who comes from time to time ...
