You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Beautiful 2 story house, built in the 1800’s updated. The home sits in a beautiful location of the Flint Hills. You can sit on the back porch or front porch and watch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The Ranch House has a big beautiful manicured yard. Cattle roam right up next to the properties fence. A short walk down the road is a babbling creek. A quiet, beautiful, setting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
