STREET PARKING,FREE,NOT PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX of €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with the separate bed area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard , there is the laundry room and the freezer. It is a village house that I renovated without distorting its characteristics,it has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, smart TV in the living room , the Wifi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

The apartment is located in a central and private area, a short walk from the center from where you can reach the beaches in a few minutes by car. It is located on the second and top floor and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The house is composed as follows: Kitchenette/living room with sofa bed, small laundry room, hallway, bathroom with tub and shower, double bedroom and a large covered terrace where you can spend pleasant hours relaxing and equipped for outdoor dining.
