We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend Ma'am Belle’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu and will definitely choose her place again on our next trip!

All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

It’s our third time staying at Jane’s home. We must say that it keeps getting better each time. She listens to her guests’ and takes suggestions to heart. It truly reflects on how well-maintained her home is. It is very straight forward, no unnecessary item or furniture that eats up space. Everything you find inside has a purpose. Jane’s welcome note and welcome treat are consistent, which we find very thoughtful.

What amazed us is the panoramic view of the city. You can stay in the apartment all day. Host is also very responsive and answers all our questions quickly. I would definitely go back to this place and recommend to my friends.

We soooo LOVE it here!!! My husband & I booked this for our wedding anniv celeb & we def never regretted choosing this over a hotel which was our initial choice. Everything you need, from kitchen tools, blockout curtains, highquality sound speaker, etc. The entire property is well-maintained, spotless, neatly & thoughtfully decorated. I personally love how it was minimalistically, yet elegantly designed - obvious attention to detail. Moreover, the stuff provided were not cheap ones - linen sprays smells fresh & elegant, sham&cond is soo good! ankets, bed, were all cozy! & what we love the most - Marns went above & beyond to make sure we felt at home & made our stay exceptional, she gifted us wine&chips! 🥹 Marn's place is such a haven for us! private, serene, cozy, citylights view, perfect while reading. Overall, this stay surpassed our expectations which made us decide to extend & made another advanced booking ;)

We stayed here for one month. Condo is well located with a lot of stores & restaurants around. Everything is accessible with less than 10 minutes walking. Place is peaceful besides few karaoke in the neighborhood from time to time. But it never runs beyond midnight. The building has everything you could need: swimming pool, gym, onsen. Condo is well equipped to cook & live. Unlike many others condo, this one has a great space with a large living room and a suitable kitchen. The TV is big, equipped with Netflix. Kitchen has all the equipment you would need: A brand new big fridge, a lot of pans, kettle, 2-burner electric hob, rice cooker, mini-oven... Very well equipped. The washing machine is a japanese style washing machine (cold wash only) but works very well. Water pressure is good and hot water works very well. All the employees working in the building are nice people. We really liked to stay in this place. Nothing really to complain. I really recommend this place.

As someone who stays at Saekyung Village frequently because we visit my mother-in-law, this is the best airbnb unit here. We are so impressed with the cleanliness. Every detail, and even thought to it. It has everything you need, there is a 7-eleven within the village to get other stuff if need. Mind you, we are clean freaks, so I was impress with the bed linens and curtains. Thank you to Mohamad and his team for a wonderful, restful stay.

The place was excellent, it had all the ammenities you need. Location is perfect, walkable to many good restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was great - very responsive and helpful.

The place was neat & clean. The host was there to welcome us when we check in & give us orientation of her place & the amenities as well. next time we'll have our beach time, We'll definitely be back to book w/ her place again.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

It is very well-maintained and clean. Many Koreans will be worried about cockroaches, but there were none in this room. Various fixtures are also provided.
